- **Social media (Everything) — $1,899/month**: Full service. Monthly shoot day of up to 4 hours, editing, captions, scheduling and performance reviews across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Up to 20 videos a month, posted around four times a week per platform, Mon-Thu at peak times, with some content cross-posted. Includes a monthly one-hour strategy session, quarterly performance reviews, passive page monitoring with enquiry notification, account setup, and shoot travel within 30km of Tauranga. 4-month minimum, then reduces to $1,699/month from the fifth month onward while the subscription stays active.
- **Social media (You Shoot) — $959/month**: You film to a supplied shoot guide with word-for-word hooks, talking points and camera angles. We edit, caption, schedule and review performance. Up to 20 videos a month, posted around four times a week per platform across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, with some content cross-posted. Includes a monthly one-hour strategy session, quarterly performance reviews, and passive page monitoring with enquiry notification. Output depends on the client supplying usable footage against the brief. 4-month minimum, then reduces to $899/month from the fifth month onward while the subscription stays active.
- **Reels one-off shoot — $799**: 10 edited short-form videos, each up to 30 seconds, from a single shoot day. Up to 3 hours on-site across two locations, travel included. 2 revisions per video, 5 total. No ongoing commitment.
- **Photography — from $399**: Half-day or full-day commercial, people and automotive photography. Minimum 10 edited photos per session. Retouching, compositing, multiple locations, drone and B-cam available.
- **Custom service**: Tailored packages built from individual features. Priced on enquiry.

## Frequently asked

- **How much does it cost?** Retainers start at $959/month ex GST for the self-shoot package and $1,899/month ex GST for full service. Both reduce from the fifth month onward, to $899 and $1,699 respectively, automatically and for as long as the subscription stays active. A one-off Reels shoot day is $799 ex GST. Photography starts at $399 ex GST.
- **What platforms do you manage?** Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Up to 20 videos a month, posted around four times a week per platform.
- **Do you work outside Tauranga?** Yes. Social media management is delivered remotely nationwide. Shoot travel within 30km of Tauranga is included; beyond that, travel is quoted upfront.
- **What is the minimum commitment?** 4 months on the monthly retainer packages. Cancellation is free outside that minimum sign-on period, with one full calendar month's notice. Cancelling inside the first four months triggers an early cancellation contribution of half the retainers remaining in the term. One-off shoots have no ongoing commitment.
- **Do you run paid advertising?** No. rad is organic-first: content earns its reach through the platform algorithm rather than paid spend. Content is licensed to the client for organic use on their own channels; use in paid ads or boosted posts is agreed separately.
- **How often do you report?** A quarterly performance review is included in the retainer, and clients can request them more often as an add-on. Reviews focus on organic reach, attention and which formats and topics an audience responds to, rather than paid spend metrics.
- **Do we approve content before it goes live?** Yes. Content is sent in batches for approval before posting. Item-by-item approval is available as a paid add-on.
